ROUNDS: 2

REST: 5 seconds between each exercise // 40 seconds between rounds

Exercise #1: V sit-ups – 10 reps

Exercise #2: Plank with shoulder tap – 20 reps

Exercise #3: Swiss ball stir – 10 circles each direction

Exercise #4: Jackknives – 20 reps

Exercise #5: Dead bug – 10 reps

Exercise #6: Crunches – 20 reps

Exercise #7: Hamstring curls – 15 reps
