These bliss balls are easy to prepare, made of simple ingredients and best of all, are 100% refined sugar, dairy & gluten free!
CHOCOLATE & CRANBERRY
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup to sweeten
Blend walnuts & salt first in a food processor to form a course flour. Add cocoa, vanilla and dates – blend well until the dates are in tiny pieces.
Add maple syrup if a sweeter taste is desired & water if the mixture isn’t sticking together enough.
Add cranberries throughout mixture.
Using coconut oil, roll bite-sized balls and dip in desiccated coconut before placing in the fridge to chill.
GINGER CRUNCH
- 1 cup ground or whole roasted cashews
- 1 cup ground or whole roasted almonds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup activated buckwheat (buckinis)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup to sweeten
Blend almonds, cashews & salt first in a food processor to form a course flour. Add ginger, coconut, vanilla and dates – blend well until the dates are in tiny pieces.
Add maple syrup if a sweeter taste is desired & water if the mixture isn’t sticking together enough.
Add the activated buckwheat throughout mixture.
Using coconut oil, roll bite-sized balls and place in the fridge to chill.
PEPPERMINT CHOCOLATE
- 1 cup ground or whole roasted cashews
- 1 cup ground or whole roasted almonds
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract/essence (adjust to taste preferences)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
- Pinch of salt
- Maple syrup to sweeten
