Sometimes working out alone just doesn’t cut it. If you and your workout partner are looking for some new moves and exercises that you can do together, look no further. Whether you use these exercises in isolation, as a warm up or a full set, it’s completely up to you! All you need is your BFF and a few pieces of equipment and you’re good to go!

ROUNDS: 3 (for a full 30 minute workout)

WORK: 1 minute

REST: 15 seconds between exercises // 1 minute between sets

Crab walk into burpees

Tricep pullback 

Forward and backward lunge passes

Squat with medicine ball pass

Side plank rotation + clap

Partner leg pushes

Sit-up  passes

Heel touches

Plank hold + jump
